What you will do

• Define and champion the architectural vision and technical roadmap for applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a near-shore development team.
• Contribute hands-on to the codebase using Node.js and React.
• Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments.
• Transition existing applications from AWS EC2 to a Kubernetes environment.
• Optimize MongoDB Atlas queries and schema design for high-performance applications.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on lead or principal roles.
• Deep expertise in Node.js (Express.js) and modern React.
• Proven experience with MongoDB Atlas, including schema design and performance tuning.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, networking, security).
• Solid understanding of Docker and Kubernetes (AWS EKS).
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
