What you will do

• Lead development of the Interviewing Product Line, utilizing best patterns and frameworks.
• Analyze product requirements and create detailed technical designs.
• Write secure, resilient, and clear code with comprehensive unit tests.
• Review peer code and mentor other engineers to maintain high quality.
• Collaborate with Product and UX teams to design value-driven customer solutions.
• Ensure automated testing coverage across the test pyramid.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in a software engineering role.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET, Python, and React.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and microservices architecture.
• Strong grasp of SQL and relational/non-relational database design.
• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• AWS or Software Development certifications.
• Experience building software on complex platforms.
• Previous experience mentoring other engineers.
