What you will do
- Provide primary support and solutions for customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Ensure complete resolution of inquiries to drive long-term customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex situations accurately to leadership or relevant departments.
- Proactively identify and suggest process enhancements to improve department efficiency.
- Maintain deep knowledge of assigned programs and adhere to internal policies.
- Collaborate with a professional team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Requirements
- Fluent in Lithuanian (written and oral).
- Strong English communication skills (written and oral).
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Windows applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Salesforce/Service Cloud.
- Proven ability to assess, prioritize, and balance daily workloads autonomously.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a positive, professional attitude.
