What you will do

• Lead the migration of systems to cloud-native platforms, primarily Azure.
• Drive architecture decisions across a Kubernetes-based platform.
• Serve as the primary expert for Kubernetes design, scaling, and optimization.
• Define and implement best practices for containerization, orchestration, observability, and reliability.
• Mentor engineering teams and guide technical discussions.
• Collaborate on Golang backend services and React frontend integrations as needed.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes design, scaling, troubleshooting, and production operations.
• Strong experience with Azure and distributed systems.
• Proven track record of operating production systems with high reliability standards.
• Strong English (written and verbal) required.
• Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Backend development experience in Golang.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (React).
