TL;DR
Azure Infra Lead (Cloud): Implementing and designing cloud infrastructure solutions for clients with an accent on Azure public cloud, Azure Stack HCI, and network architecture. Focus on solving complex L3 incidents, automating service delivery, and leading large-scale cloud deployments.
Location: Hybrid (Must be based in the US to work from an HPE office 2 days per week)

What you will do
- Plan, design, and support the deployment of project-based Azure infrastructure solutions, including proof-of-concepts and architecture design.
- Act as a 3rd line resolver for complex Azure platform incidents, providing technical leadership and knowledge sharing for L1 and L2 teams.
- Drive service delivery automation by developing scripts and automated workflows to resolve common environment issues.
- Manage technical escalations to professional services or Microsoft Premier support to ensure timely resolution for clients.
- Lead internal knowledge management efforts to maintain a collaborative and resource-rich technical environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of IT infrastructure experience, with at least 4 years in Azure public cloud.
- Expertise in Azure Stack HCI (2+ years) and Azure stack hardware management (1+ year).
- Proficiency in Azure Networking (AZ-700), Azure Architecture (AZ-300/301), and Azure Monitor.
- Experience deploying Azure AD with on-premises integration and configuring VNet Gateways, ExpressRoute, and VPN appliances.
- Strong background in Azure Backup, Site Recovery, RBAC, and Identity Access Management (IAM).
- Proven experience with Windows Server and SQL Server troubleshooting and adherence to ITIL processes.
Nice to have
- Experience with Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps.
