Solution Architect (AI)

Location: Antwerp, Flanders, Belgium. Workplace: Hybrid, with work from the Antwerp headquarters.

What you will do

• Lead architecture and discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
• Map systems, integrations, data flows, and risks, then design and document solution, application, and integration architectures.
• Guide architecture for web and mobile products using cloud-native practices on AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Create C4-style architecture diagrams and technical documentation for delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Define and maintain non-functional requirements and architectural standards for performance, scalability, security, observability, and maintainability.
• Shape the use of cloud, data, MarTech, and AI capabilities, while supporting proposals, client pitches, and long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior Engineer owning end-to-end digital product solutions.
• Experience in a digital agency, technology consultancy, or product-driven environment with cross-functional, client-facing teams.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly and adapt to different audiences.
• Experience facilitating workshops and client meetings, handling tension, and keeping discussions productive.
• Familiarity with modern web, mobile, cloud, integration, and MarTech stacks, plus an interest in AI in products.
• Fluency in English is required. Dutch is a strong plus.

• Knowledge of Dutch.
• Experience using AI tools for analysis, documentation, or coding support.
