Salary: $192,000 - $225,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead the design and execution of membership, network, content, and multi-platform advertising agreements.
• Direct the acquisition and clearance of IP rights for flagship programming for global distribution.
• Negotiate mission-critical vendor agreements for facilities and production services.
• Oversee legal frameworks for retail and licensing initiatives to ensure trademark protection.
• Provide actionable counsel on contract disputes, risk allocation, and digital media platforms.
• Modernize commercial templates to align with market standards and nohirify.globalofit regulations.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in commercial law with high-complexity contract portfolios.
• Deep knowledge of copyright and trademark application in a media context.
• Active member of the D.C. Bar in good standing or immediate eligibility.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Strong ability to lead negotiations with sophisticated entities.
• Significant experience with 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status regulations.

• Experience in the legal department of a major broadcaster, streaming service, or digital publisher.
