What you will do

• Analyze the source of material quality issues and drive improvements to ensure efficient production.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve material quality issues and prevent recurrence in the factory.
• Manage ISO-9001 internal and external audits and follow up on improvement actions.
• Act as a Supplier Lead Auditor to identify risks and drive quality improvements throughout the supply chain.
• Evaluate process performance to identify required problem-solving and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Supplier Network Management, Production Engineering, and Development teams.

Requirements

• MSc/BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, (Applied) Physics, or a comparable field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment with a focus on quality engineering.
• Hands-on auditing experience, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
• Proven seniority in supplier management, manufacturing, logistics, or engineering.
• Broad knowledge of quality tools including SPC, TQM, FMEA, 8-D, and Gauge R&R.
• English: Well capability of speaking, reading, and writing required
