Shift Activity Coordinator (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: AP-TW-Jhunan (EL), Taiwan; onsite shift work

What you will do

• Manage daily production-line operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and capacity targets.
• Lead shift personnel, assign work, coordinate staffing, and execute production schedules.
• Plan production based on manufacturing plans, equipment status, material availability, and staffing to complete work orders on time.
• Monitor production in real time and perform initial analysis, response, and escalation for process, equipment, and quality abnormalities.
• Collaborate with engineering, equipment, quality, and support functions to improve production efficiency and product quality.
• Implement SOPs, 5S practices, safety and environmental requirements, onboarding training, and skills development.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher; a technical or engineering-related major is preferred.
• At least 5 years of production or manufacturing experience in semiconductors, electronics manufacturing, or chemicals.
• Experience managing production lines, leading shift teams, or working as a foreperson is preferred.
• Basic equipment and process-abnormality analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of production management, quality management, and shop-floor improvement tools.
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts on a two-days-on, two-days-off schedule.
