What you will do

• Design, cost estimate, and execute capital investment engineering projects using corporate design management processes.
• Solve technical plant issues and provide documented professional recommendations for solutions.
• Lead plant production teams to develop operational skills in safety, quality, and production.
• Develop and execute maintenance plans across multiple divisions, including processing, packaging, and refrigeration.
• Rotate through various supply chain, corporate, and operations functions to build a comprehensive organizational network.
• Obtain professional certifications including OSHA 30, Process Safety Management, and HAZWOPPER.

Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. in Engineering.
• Must be able to work onsite in Richland, WA, USA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work and travel domestically and internationally for up to 4 weeks at a time.
• Physical capacity to work in construction environments for up to 12+ hours a day, including climbing ladders and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Nice to have

• Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam pass and Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
• 1–2 years of experience in a leadership or management position.
• Skills in Autodesk applications, specifically Inventor, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Previous internship experience in an engineering discipline.
