What you will do

• Deliver high-quality training curriculum for new hire classes, skills development, and new product releases.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions using various instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles.
• Create multimedia training materials, including e-learning content, presentations, and one-pagers.
• Collaborate with Revenue Enablement Program Designers and SMEs to build and refine training curricula.
• Assess team member performance during training and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain the asset library to ensure all materials are accurate and aligned with instructional goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in enablement, training, sales, or education roles.
• Proficiency with web conferencing and communication tools like Zoom, Slack, and SharePoint.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, Learning Management Software (LMS), and Sales Engagement tools.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver sales training and motivate diverse learners.
• Strong organizational and project management skills within an agile working environment.
