TL;DR

Location: Remote, must align with New Zealand Time (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM)

What you will do

  • Log and direct client enquiries and schedule jobs using SimPRO.
  • Monitor and triage Admin, Accounts, and Directors' inboxes using the Eisenhower Matrix.
  • Generate client invoices and process supplier invoices via EasyBills, SimPRO, and Xero.
  • Maintain supplier catalogues, monitor stock levels, and conduct stocktake processing.
  • Identify repetitive tasks to implement templates and automation for workflow efficiency.
  • Support the Finance team with batch payment processes and overdue payment follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload independently.
  • Availability to work New Zealand Time (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
