What you will do

• Execute beverage R&D and innovation projects from concept through commercialization within approved budgets.
• Develop and optimize beverage formulations, raw materials, and production processes to improve quality and cost-efficiency.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Quality, Sourcing, and Science teams.
• Conduct shelf-life, stability, and product performance testing and implement process improvements.
• Maintain accurate recipe documentation and analytical specifications within SAP.
• Provide technical application support and ingredient recommendations for beverage solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage development, preferably in formulation or innovation.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Princeton, US.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to travel up to 20% to support customer projects and production trials.

Nice to have

• Experience working with SAP and maintaining technical documentation.
• Advanced degree or additional specialized education in Food Science or a related field.
