What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of experienced formulators to foster innovation and technical excellence.
• Drive formulation strategy aligned with business priorities, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Establish best practices and decision frameworks for consistent, high-quality premix development.
• Optimize existing premix platforms to improve performance, cost structure, and lifecycle value.
• Act as a technical resource for key strategic accounts and facilitate solution development.
• Promote products and applications through technical documentation, exhibitions, and industry conferences.

Requirements

• Degree (B.S., M.S. preferred) in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in medical nutrition, dietary supplement, or food formulation environments.
• Proven people-leadership experience managing and developing technical teams.
• Advanced knowledge of nutritional ingredients including vitamins, carotenoids, and omega-3s.
• Ability to travel up to 30% domestically.
• Strong understanding of formulation science, ingredient functionality, and manufacturing processes.
