What you will do

• Accurately compound flavor formulas and prepare bench samples for customer evaluation.
• Maintain and update formulations in digital systems while ensuring strict traceability.
• Manage raw material inventory and ensure proper storage conditions.
• Follow good laboratory practices (GLP) and safety procedures to ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with flavorists to support rapid prototyping and sensory panel preparation.
• Coordinate with internal teams including applications, QC, and regulatory departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, food science, or a related field.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Princeton, NJ.
• Minimum 1 year of laboratory or technician experience, preferably in flavor or fragrance.
• Strong proficiency in laboratory compounding and weighing precision.
• Familiarity with SOPs, quality processes, and technical documentation.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
