What you will do

• Own the WSD product roadmap, backlog, and prioritization strategy.
• Translate operational and employee needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Drive workflow design for facilities services, office moves, and reservation management for desks and rooms.
• Define user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for development.
• Collaborate with engineering, platform teams, and TPMs on solution delivery.
• Analyze adoption and performance metrics to drive continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or ServiceNow solution delivery.
• Direct experience with ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) or Employee Center.
• Strong understanding of workflow design and user-centered product development.
• Proven ability to manage backlogs and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Experience working within Agile environments.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Diego, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Facilities, Workplace Operations, or Space Planning organizations.
• Familiarity with Virtual Agent, AI capabilities, and Knowledge management.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications.
• Experience working in large, global organizations.
