What you will do

• Provide remote technical support for customers and partners, taking full ownership of issues until resolution.
• Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot complex technical problems to identify effective solutions.
• Document knowledge by creating technical notes and knowledge-base articles.
• Install and configure hirify.global products and third-party software for support lab testing.
• Support a 24x7x365 operation by working rotational shifts and handling on-call responsibilities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico City, Mexico.
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols.
• Working knowledge of L2 and L3 devices.
• Understanding of one or more operating systems, such as Microsoft or Linux.
• Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent relevant experience.
• 1+ years of experience in remote technical support, systems administration, or network administration is desirable.
