What you will do

  • Perform technical support for North American clients, including hardware and software upgrading activities.
  • Manage network-related issues for monitoring stations and customers to ensure efficient resolution.
  • Maintain backup systems and internal/external CCTV and access control infrastructure.
  • Create and update technical manuals and document all performed work in detail.
  • Coordinate and attend technical support meetings with staff and clients.
  • Train employees on technical knowledge as necessary to boost productivity.

Requirements

  • Experience in network administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki, Ubiquity, and Mikrotik.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols (IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS) and the OSI/TCP-IP model.
  • Proficiency in Windows System Maintenance.
  • English: B2 level required for daily verbal and email communication with North American clients.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective during stressful situations.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of IPv4 subnetting and supernetting.
  • Experience with 5 GHz wireless best practices.
  • Windows Active Directory User Management skills.
  • Familiarity with Network Monitoring Software such as Cacti, Dude, and Nagios.
