What you will do

• Provide hands-on PC and application support within industrial production environments.
• Manage incidents, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate resolutions.
• Support change management activities across systems and services.
• Collaborate with production technicians and system vendors to implement improvements.
• Perform root cause analysis and contribute to problem management.
• Maintain and improve technical documentation and system records.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or application support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for PCs and IT systems.
• Experience working within production or industrial IT environments.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at various levels.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Intune.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, basic Linux, and networking.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Familiarity with Windows Server environments and ITIL processes.
• SQL or basic programming/scripting skills.
