OSC Specialist (Weekend Shift) (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the Incident Management function during the Singapore weekend shift, leading triage, root cause analysis, and stakeholder communication.
• Perform operational monitoring and health checks for Cboe Global Indices, Data Vantage, and Cboe Titanium platforms.
• Execute structured hand-off processes with the US-based operations team to ensure continuous operational awareness.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues involving APIs (market data, order entry, web services), Linux file systems, and network connectivity.
• Utilize SQL and UNIX shells to conduct data mining, examine log files, and generate reports for customers and business teams.
• Test system changes and platform functionality prior to deployment in collaboration with software engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, FinTech, Financial Services, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in securities-related technical support, focusing on options, equities, futures, or index market data.
• 3+ years of experience with UNIX/Linux Shell and file transfer processing.
• 2+ years of experience with Cloud technology (e.g., AWS, GCP).
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Agile Development Methodology.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (highly desirable).
• Fluency in Korean or Japanese.
