Salary: $128,470 - $192,710

What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of the SIL test strategy for subsystems controls and software.
• Establish and standardize SIL infrastructure and frameworks across engineering teams.
• Oversee the creation of SIL GoogleTest scripts and regression test plans.
• Integrate SIL testing into CI/CD/CT pipelines and drive AUTOSAR readiness initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a team of 4–6 engineers, providing technical guidance and coaching.
• Coordinate with global teams to resolve dependencies and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science.
• 7+ years of experience in software development or validation.
• Strong expertise in Software-in-the-Loop (SIL), C, C++, and Simulink Autocoding.
• Experience with CI/CD/CT pipelines and software versioning control frameworks.
• Must be able to work onsite five days a week in Mossville, IL.
