TL;DR

GTM Systems Manager (Salesforce): Owning and scaling end-to-end Order-to-Cash systems with an accent on CRM, CLM, CPQ, and billing architecture. Focus on designing scalable data models, ensuring cross-functional integration between Sales, Finance, and Engineering, and maintaining high data integrity for a high-growth SaaS platform.

Location: Must be based in New York City and work onsite 5 days per week

What you will do

  • Own the full lifecycle of Opportunity-to-Cash systems including Salesforce, CPQ, and CLM.
  • Design and maintain data architecture and integrations in partnership with Engineering.
  • Ensure data consistency and automation across all O2C systems and billing processes.
  • Manage the roadmap and prioritization for the Opportunity-to-Cash systems domain.
  • Translate complex business requirements from Finance, Legal, and Sales into scalable system designs.
  • Maintain high data quality across all GTM objects including Accounts, Quotes, and Subscriptions.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in GTM Systems, RevOps Systems, or Sales Operations.
  • Proven experience owning or standing up CPQ and Billing workflows in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong Salesforce experience, with a Salesforce Administrator background being ideal.
  • Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and data flows.
  • Ability to partner closely with Engineering on data models and system boundaries.
  • Must be located in NYC and able to work onsite 5 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Experience with modern tools such as Nue, Ironclad, DocuSign, Stripe, Zuora, or Chargebee.
  • Experience supporting subscription, usage-based, or hybrid pricing models.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth or scaling GTM organization.
