What you will do

• Identify and develop high-level candidates for executive search projects within the Consumer practice.
• Conduct comprehensive market intelligence to map potential talent pools.
• Develop presentations and documents for business development purposes.
• Manage the search process end-to-end, from initial identification to candidate qualification.
• Collaborate closely with Research Analysts, Principals, and Partners.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is required.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• MBA or other advanced degree is considered advantageous.
• Proven ability to identify, qualify, and attract executive-level talent.
