TL;DR

Recruitment Consultant (SAP): Managing end-to-end recruitment for the Business Systems division focusing on enterprise SAP transformation programmes with an accent on client partnership and high-value business development. Focus on identifying top-tier SAP talent and scaling key accounts within a high-performance, employee-owned environment.

Location: Hybrid (London, UK) - Required to work from the office 3-4 days a week

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing market insights and talent strategy advice.
  • Identify and win new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Source and engage high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer negotiation.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and employment law while maintaining accurate records in Bullhorn.
  • Collaborate with the team to hit personal and shared targets in a high-performance culture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role within Business Systems.
  • Strong track record of business development and client relationship management.
  • Proficiency in sourcing talent through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
  • Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle with a commercial mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office 3-4 days a week.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Bullhorn CRM.
