Location: Hybrid (London, UK) - Required to work from the office 3-4 days a week

What you will do
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing market insights and talent strategy advice.
- Identify and win new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Source and engage high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer negotiation.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and employment law while maintaining accurate records in Bullhorn.
- Collaborate with the team to hit personal and shared targets in a high-performance culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role within Business Systems.
- Strong track record of business development and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in sourcing talent through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
- Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle with a commercial mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office 3-4 days a week.
Nice to have
- Experience with Bullhorn CRM.
