What you will do

  • Bid and secure modernization contracts while developing strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Coordinate with architects, general contractors, and consultants to pre-bid modernization projects.
  • Conduct onsite surveys and analyze blueprints to create accurate quoting and bidding packages.
  • Present technical bids to customers, highlighting performance, durability, and cost factors.
  • Collaborate with operations, legal, and contract administration to negotiate the Scope of Work (SOW).
  • Manage the sales pipeline and update customer data using Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
  • Must be based in or near Washington, DC / College Park, Maryland.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and drawings.
