What you will do
- Bid and secure modernization contracts while maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct onsite surveys, attend job walks, and create comprehensive quoting and bidding packages.
- Present bids to customers, emphasizing technical features, performance, and durability of H-Power offerings.
- Collaborate with architects, general contractors, and internal operations to negotiate the Scope of Work (SOW).
- Develop long-term capital plans to address building needs for clients.
- Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to update and manage the sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 1 year of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
- Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Knoxville, TN.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and drawings.
