What you will do

• Bid and secure modernization contracts while maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct onsite surveys, attend job walks, and create comprehensive quoting and bidding packages.
• Present bids to customers, emphasizing technical features, performance, and durability of H-Power offerings.
• Collaborate with architects, general contractors, and internal operations to negotiate the Scope of Work (SOW).
• Develop long-term capital plans to address building needs for clients.
• Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to update and manage the sales pipeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 1 year of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
• Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Knoxville, TN.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and drawings.
