📋 Description
- Partner with product teams to define metrics and instrumentation
- Collaborate with Data team to evolve data models for self-service querying
- Build dashboards and reports for product health and user behavior
- Conduct ad hoc analysis on funnels, retention, and activation
- Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments
- Translate findings into actionable recommendations for varied audiences
🎯 Requirements
- 2-4 years in data analyst/product analyst role (SaaS)
- Strong SQL skills for complex queries across large datasets
- Experience with BI tools: Metabase, Looker, Tableau
- Experience with product analytics platforms: Posthog, Mixpanel, Google Analytics
- Solid understanding of funnels, retention, LTV, activation, churn
- Familiarity with experimentation methodology: statistical significance and confidence intervals
