Recruiting Coordinator

TL;DR

Recruiting Coordinator (EdTech): Managing candidate experiences and interview scheduling with an accent on process optimization and cross-functional collaboration. Location: Remote (Global). Must be willing to have significant hours overlap with one of the Americas time zones

Salary: $34.00 - $45.00 per hour (USD)

What you will do

• Ensure world-class candidate experiences from first contact through the hiring process.
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to refine and improve recruitment processes.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews using the Ashby ATS.
• Gather and organize interviewer feedback through asynchronous methods and debriefs.
• Act as a primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a smooth experience.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in HR/Talent Acquisition support.
• Experience working with an ATS, preferably Ashby.
• Strong organizational skills and experience building efficient processes.
• Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to have significant hours overlap with Americas time zones

Nice to have

• Experience using automation tools.
• Experience supporting engineering or technical teams.
