Salary: $114,000 – $142,000 + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Portfolio Analytics Architects using a "player/coach" approach to ensure productivity and quality.
• Oversee the end-to-end data validation process for client data conversion projects.
• Develop scalable data analytics processes and custom Python logic in Databricks to detect and remediate large-scale data anomalies.
• Identify and implement AI-driven automation and LLM integrations to streamline implementation workflows.
• Drive internal strategic initiatives to grow the Data Analytics practice and optimize team efficiency.
• Manage staffing, recruiting, onboarding, and performance management for the architecture team.

Requirements

• B.S. in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or Economics.
• 2+ years of experience working in Technology, Finance, or Consulting.
• Hands-on experience with complex investment datasets, including multi-asset class portfolios and market data.
• Proficiency in Python, Spark, and/or SQL, with a strong understanding of ETL fundamentals.
• Experience with Databricks or other cloud-based distributed data platforms and REST APIs.
• Legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without requiring visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with investment management software implementations.
• Experience working with Salesforce.
