Lead System Architect (Agentic AI): Designing and implementing enterprise-grade Agentic AI and GenAI systems within the hirify.global ecosystem with an accent on multi-agent orchestration, RAG architectures, and cloud-native integration. Focus on establishing validation frameworks, observability strategies, and production-grade deployment of AI agents in Azure.

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Irving, TX, United States; 3 days a week in office)

What you will do

• Define and evolve the enterprise architecture strategy for Agentic AI and GenAI systems aligned with business priorities.
• Design reference architectures for multi-agent orchestration, tool integration, memory management, and reasoning workflows.
• Establish validation frameworks including evaluation strategies, benchmarking, and guardrails for AI agents.
• Implement observability strategies for AI systems, including telemetry, tracing, logging, and performance monitoring.
• Guide the production deployment of AI systems in Azure, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to map use cases to technical capabilities and recommend architecture evolution.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of architecture experience.
• Deep expertise in Agentic AI and Generative AI (LLM, RAG, prompt orchestration, multi-agent systems).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure (Azure OpenAI, AKS, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB).
• Experience with microservices, SOA, and distributed systems architecture.
• Knowledge of modern engineering practices: DevOps, CI/CD pipelines (Terraform, Azure DevOps), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Must be based in or able to work in Irving, TX (Hybrid).
