What you will do

• Lead client discovery sessions and AI readiness assessments to identify high-impact use cases.
• Translate business requirements into structured technical architectures and implementation roadmaps.
• Build and maintain PoCs and reference implementations to demonstrate business value.
• Define integration patterns for connecting AI agents to enterprise systems like CRMs, ERPs, and data lakes.
• Create and deliver interactive demos of agentic AI capabilities using the hirify.global Agentic Framework (KAF).
• Produce detailed project estimates, Statements of Work (SOWs), and RFP responses.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, or technical consulting.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building production LLM-powered or agentic AI applications.
• Deep expertise in at least one agentic framework: LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
• Strong proficiency in Python; experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, Chroma).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to travel 30% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience in management consulting or professional services firms.
• Background in Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail/CPG, Telecommunications, or Manufacturing.
• Certifications: AWS/Azure/GCP Solutions Architect or Google PDE.
• Exposure to enterprise AI governance frameworks and AI risk management.
