What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Data Validation Specialists, supporting career development and providing regular feedback.
• Manage work allocation, prioritization, and execution to ensure high-quality, on-time project delivery.
• Review and audit data validation projects to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
• Drive process improvements to increase data accuracy, reduce turnaround time, and enhance scalability.
• Develop and maintain documentation, templates, and standard operating procedures for data validation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Client Solutions, Product, and Engineering teams globally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, Economics, or another data-oriented field.
• 3+ years of experience in data validation, financial operations, or data quality assurance.
• 1+ year of experience in people leadership or team coordination.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills for maintaining accuracy in high-volume data environments.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel), internal tools, and web-based platforms.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.
