What you will do

• Deploy backup and disaster recovery services including onsite appliances, M365, and Azure-based solutions.
• Analyze and document client computing environments to determine efficient deployment paths.
• Execute project tasks under the direction of project managers to meet deployment standards.
• Communicate project plans, potential impacts, and testing procedures directly to customers.
• Complete support handoff requirements to ensure long-term maintenance by the service desk.
• Manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously using effective time management skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, technical degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-4+ years of administrative or deployment experience with Veeam, Zerto, or AvePoint platforms.
• 2-4+ years of experience in workstation, network, or server support.
• Proficiency with monitoring and remote management tools.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
