What you will do

• Own the end-to-end technology for premium content, from creation by artists to in-game usage.
• Collaborate with art, design, and product management to implement new features and content.
• Define and execute the engineering vision for premium content in coordination with stakeholders.
• Recruit, interview, and hire software engineers to scale the team.
• Mentor and coach engineers, overseeing performance management and career growth.
• Ensure high standards of craft excellence and software quality throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• 2+ years of experience leading an engineering team (Manager or Tech Lead)
• 1+ years of experience with C++
• Proven track record of collaborating across disciplines to create technical solutions

Nice to have

• 6+ years of overall engineering experience
• 2+ years of professional C++ experience
• Experience with Unreal Engine
• Background working with visual effects, 3D, or artists in the game industry
• Familiarity with agile development environments
