What you will do
- Develop and execute community communication strategies in collaboration with the Community Lead.
- Manage and support volunteer groups and influencers within the creator program.
- Moderate official social media channels and community discussions.
- Collaborate on content plans for game updates and special community events.
- Draft copy for news announcements and community-facing communications.
- Conduct player research and surveys to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- English: B2+ proficiency required
- 1+ year of experience in community management, PR, marketing, or gaming-adjacent roles.
- Deep understanding of gaming culture and active interest in video games.
- Familiarity with community analytics and success metrics.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and internet culture.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in a second foreign language.
- Skills in graphic or video editing software.
- Experience with task management tools like Jira.
- Portfolio of relevant community projects or work cases.
- Experience in building partnerships with content creators.
