What you will do

• Source and negotiate video ad placements with YouTube and Twitch influencers.
• Launch and manage influence marketing campaigns across different GEOs and platforms.
• Analyze campaign results and optimize KPIs such as ROAS and CAC.
• Consult influencers on account development strategies and audience attraction.
• Improve the overall effectiveness of the IM department processes and collaborate on BAW-projects.

Requirements

• English: B2+ spoken and written proficiency required.
• 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing and 2+ years in general marketing.
• Proven experience in negotiations and working with analytical tools.
• Strong understanding of cybersports and digital performance marketing methodologies.

Nice to have

• Passion for CS2 or experience running a personal influencer channel.
• Knowledge of SEO, SERM, and YouTube algorithms.
• Fluency in Chinese, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, or Polish.
• Extensive experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
