What you will do

  • Design and manage scalable compensation programs including base pay, commissions, bonuses, and SPIFs.
  • Lead the administration and optimization of sales and customer success compensation plans.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Revenue Leadership, Finance, RevOps, and HR to support strategy and budgeting.
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and analytics to evaluate market competitiveness and pay equity.
  • Own key operations such as merit cycles, bonus planning, and commission rollouts.
  • Improve compensation systems and automation to maintain high accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in compensation, specifically with sales and incentive program administration.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and experience using compensation or reporting tools.
  • Strong ability to partner with Finance, RevOps, and Executive Leadership.
  • Expertise in compensation benchmarking and scalable compensation frameworks.
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or other high-growth technology environments.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, and AI tools.
  • Experience with workflow automation technologies.
