What you will do
- Design and manage scalable compensation programs including base pay, commissions, bonuses, and SPIFs.
- Lead the administration and optimization of sales and customer success compensation plans.
- Partner cross-functionally with Revenue Leadership, Finance, RevOps, and HR to support strategy and budgeting.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and analytics to evaluate market competitiveness and pay equity.
- Own key operations such as merit cycles, bonus planning, and commission rollouts.
- Improve compensation systems and automation to maintain high accuracy and confidentiality.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in compensation, specifically with sales and incentive program administration.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and experience using compensation or reporting tools.
- Strong ability to partner with Finance, RevOps, and Executive Leadership.
- Expertise in compensation benchmarking and scalable compensation frameworks.
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or other high-growth technology environments.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, and AI tools.
- Experience with workflow automation technologies.
