Location: Must be based in the US within approximately a 70-mile radius of offices in Allen, TX; Birmingham, AL; Cedar Falls, IA; Charlotte, NC; Lenexa, KS; Louisville, KY; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO

Salary: $56,800 – 89,500

What you will do

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user technology issues and fulfill setup requests.
• Investigate and resolve escalated technical issues using in-depth knowledge of products and systems.
• Implement monthly software and hardware system enhancements to improve reliability.
• Communicate technical solutions to customers to ensure satisfaction and understanding.
• Create documentation and solution articles to assist in solving recurring cases.
• Report design, reliability, and maintenance bugs to software engineering for code fixes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT or within a financial institution/FinTech.
• Hands-on experience working with Unix or Linux systems.
• Ability to work an after-hour shift (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Central) and weekends.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without current or future immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• AIX Administration experience.
• Experience working within a Credit Union or other financial institution.
