Salary: $55,000 - $63,000 per year

What you will do
- Monitor and manage the incident ticket queue, ensuring ownership and timely resolution through the ticket lifecycle.
- Procure, provision, and support IT hardware (printers, mobile devices) and software services.
- Manage file/folder permissions and provide end-user web filtering and email security support.
- Coordinate with external hardware and software vendors for timely repairs and technical support.
- Maintain and continuously improve knowledge base documentation and system administration guides.
- Ensure IT security and policy governance in adherence to ISO-27001 standards.
Requirements
- 2 years of technical support experience.
- Associate degree or equivalent industry certifications required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Must be located in Washington D.C. or surrounding suburbs to provide onsite support.
