What you will do

  • Monitor and manage the incident ticket queue, ensuring ownership and timely resolution through the ticket lifecycle.
  • Procure, provision, and support IT hardware (printers, mobile devices) and software services.
  • Manage file/folder permissions and provide end-user web filtering and email security support.
  • Coordinate with external hardware and software vendors for timely repairs and technical support.
  • Maintain and continuously improve knowledge base documentation and system administration guides.
  • Ensure IT security and policy governance in adherence to ISO-27001 standards.

Requirements

  • 2 years of technical support experience.
  • Associate degree or equivalent industry certifications required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Must be located in Washington D.C. or surrounding suburbs to provide onsite support.
