What you will do
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripherals throughout the organization.
- Resolve hardware and software incidents using the Service Now ticketing system.
- Support meeting events, training classes, and presentations using audio-visual technologies.
- Manage IT assets according to tracking, receiving, and disposal procedures.
- Conduct hardware preparation and setup for end users.
- Provide first-level support for phone equipment and network functionality.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in enterprise technical support.
- Must be based in Fort Worth, TX (5 days in office, Monday-Friday).
- Must not require visa sponsorship for this position.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, Subnetting, Routing, DHCP, and DNS.
- Knowledge of Windows Desktop and Server OS and associated hardware.
- Experience with remote desktop management technologies (SCCM, imaging, RDP).
- Valid state driver's license.
Nice to have
- Relevant professional certifications such as A+, Net+, MSP, or ITIL.
- Experience with Mac and iOS.
- Knowledge of GenAI prompting techniques and AI-assisted automation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
