What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of skilled developers through the full software development lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership and coaching to ensure team growth and high-quality delivery.
• Own the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of core platform services.
• Evolve one of the world's largest real-time systems and core framework code.
• Improve observability, monitoring, and logging to proactively resolve performance issues.
• Leverage Gen-AI tools to accelerate development velocity across the R&D organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in leading and managing software development teams.
• 5+ years of programming experience in Java or an equivalent Object-Oriented language.
• Deep understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, including object-oriented design, data structures, and concurrent programming.
• Experience developing large-scale distributed systems and production infrastructure.
• Highly proficient in a Linux environment.
• Experience with SQL and No-SQL databases.

Nice to have

• Experience with Big Data tools.
• Knowledge in algorithms, data-mining, and machine learning.
