What you will do

• Own end-to-end squad delivery, including planning, prioritization, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
• Directly manage a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and an embedded Product Owner.
• Conduct 1:1s, provide meaningful feedback, and foster a high-accountability team culture.
• Provide technical guidance in close partnership with Principal Architects and senior engineers.
• Align squad activities with business outcomes, ensuring engineering decisions drive customer value.
• Collaborate with the engineering leadership team on roadmaps, resourcing, and overall strategy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of engineering experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience managing other managers within a fast-paced, product-led environment.
• Strong technical foundation in distributed systems, data pipelines, and APIs.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or an equivalent degree.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across AI, full-stack, AIOps, and QA.
