What you will do

• Take end-to-end ownership of product line development, from engineering design and code review to production deployment and monitoring.
• Manage and mentor a strong team of frontend and backend developers.
• Contribute as a hands-on developer for approximately 40% of the role.
• Collaborate with product managers to define technical solutions and project timelines.
• Recruit top talent to expand the development team.
• Drive improvements in engineering culture and methodologies.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in Java server-side development.
• At least 4 years of experience leading fullstack software teams of 5+ developers.
• Proven experience with relational databases, performance tuning, and monitoring.
• Experience with caching technologies such as Redis or Memcached.
• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
