Salary: $95,000 - $125,000

What you will do
- Design, prompt, and configure custom AI Agents for adjuster guidance and document analysis.
- Architect operational flows using the Claim Platform and advanced automation tools.
- Act as a strategic advisor for clients, leading weekly meetings to identify pain points and roadmap priorities.
- Unblock technical bottlenecks related to AI prompting, model settings, and context windows.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable feature requests for engineering and support teams.
- Provide feedback on existing AI features and contribute to the design of new capabilities.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US (excluding California and New York).
- No visa sponsorship available.
- 3-5+ years of experience with P&C claim organizations.
- Strong operational understanding of P&C claims processes.
- Experience in B2B client-facing or account management roles.
- High technical aptitude for AI, LLMs, and workflow automation.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing AI solutions within insurance operational environments.
- Direct experience with system prompting and managing context windows.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, complex workflow engines, or CRM architectures.
