What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of mobile engineers building consumer-facing iOS and Android applications.
• Drive execution of the mobile roadmap while balancing speed, quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Evolve mobile architecture and shared platform strategy across a multi-tenant ecosystem.
• Collaborate with backend and platform teams on APIs, data flows, observability, and performance optimization.
• Establish engineering practices around testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and code quality.
• Leverage modern AI development tools and workflows to improve team productivity and accelerate delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including significant experience shipping mobile applications.
• 2+ years of experience in engineering management or technical leadership.
• Proficiency in iOS development with Swift and SwiftUI.
• Strong understanding of Kotlin Multiplatform.
• Experience building consumer-facing applications with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in sports, entertainment, ticketing, e-commerce, or other high-scale consumer products.
• Familiarity with experimentation platforms, analytics, and personalization systems.
• Experience leading distributed teams during periods of rapid growth.
