What you will do

• Support the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting cycle across multiple sectors.
• Partner with Finance Business Partners to analyze financial performance and explain variances.
• Produce and own regular KPI and financial reports to provide commercial value.
• Deliver meaningful variance analysis to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Respond to ad hoc analysis requests and translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Support financial governance and ensure reporting aligns with accounting standards and SOX requirements.

Requirements

• Strong FP&A experience including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insight.
• Confident communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized with the ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.
• Must be immediately available or able to start at short notice.
