What you will do

• Directly manage and mentor Nurse Team Leads, equipping them with people management skills to drive team success.
• Implement overarching strategies to enhance team performance, productivity, and efficiency in a remote environment.
• Set and monitor performance metrics across multiple teams to identify trends and implement improvement plans.
• Serve as a clinical escalation point for complex member and caregiver cases.
• Champion the adoption of NCQA-compliant workflows and documentation across all nursing teams.
• Represent nursing leadership in cross-functional forums to align care quality with workforce productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and an unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Must be located within the lower 48 United States.
• At least 8 years of nursing experience, including 2 years as a nurse leader in remote oncology navigation or case management.
• Certification as OCN, AOCN, AOCNS, or CCM.
• Proven track record of coaching leaders and managing performance through data-driven approaches.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, and electronic health records (EHR).
