What you will do

• Lead population health priorities with a focus on high-risk and high-cost populations.
• Oversee high-cost claimant and stop-loss reporting to ensure clinical validity and accuracy.
• Serve as the physician escalation point for complex or clinically ambiguous cases.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and analytics teams to automate and streamline physician workflows.
• Define and refine criteria for physician involvement and risk stratification.
• Monitor clinical utilization trends to evolve clinical models and reduce unnecessary touchpoints.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree with a current, unrestricted medical license.
• Board certification in an applicable specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine).
• 7+ years of clinical practice experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in a health plan, population health, accountable care, or value-based care setting.
• Must be based in the US.
