What you will do

• Rework mechanical and electrical boards based on engineering requirements.
• Assemble prototype systems, including modules and electrical boards, into chassis.
• Perform testing and troubleshooting using schematics, diagrams, and defined plans.
• Program boards, modules, and systems.
• Conduct final system tests to validate correct assembly.
• Provide assembly feedback to the mechanical engineering team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a similar technical role.
• Associate, vocational, or technical school degree.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and basic electrical engineering theory.
• Hands-on experience with soldering and PCB modifications/rework.
• Familiarity with machine shop practices and operation of common equipment.
• Must be based in San Jose, CA; this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
