Salary: $75,000 - $89,000 USD

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound clinician communications directed to the MSL team.
• Deliver proactive onboarding support for new ordering clinicians and track early ordering behavior.
• Triage requests for test result discussions and scientific consults to the appropriate MSL.
• Manage and organize shared MSL inboxes to ensure timely and professional responses.
• Document all clinician interactions, follow-ups, and escalations in CRM tools.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of MSL workflows and support materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in genetics, biology, healthcare, or life sciences required.
• Must be based in the U.S. and able to travel up to 25% as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with clinicians.
• High level of organization and ability to manage multiple concurrent requests.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a national team.

Nice to have

• Experience in genetic counseling assistance, clinical genetics, or medical affairs.
• Familiarity with genetic testing concepts, rare disease workflows, or pediatric care.
• Demonstrated interest in a career path toward Medical Science Liaison roles.
